Art in all its forms is an “ouverture d’esprit” and is therefore a sparkling and eternal object of inspiration for Chef Paolo Amadori’s sensitivity. Culture in the kitchen means culture in its broadest sense, knowledge of fundamental principles, procedures and forms of expression. In a creative journey it is not the kitchen nourishing the kitchen, generating recipes, but it’s a poem, a painting, a sculpture, a yellowed photograph, a theme passing between the tables of the room, settling on a cutting board.
